01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cd222 platform — whether through the website, mobile browser, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all use of the platform, including sports betting, casino games, bingo, promotions, and any other service offered by cd222.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your agreement with cd222. 04Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on cd222 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible.

• cd222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. cd222 is not responsible for any fees applied by JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank, or any other payment provider.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. cd222 processes requests promptly on its end, but final settlement depends on the payment provider.
• Funds in your cd222 account do not earn interest and are held separately from cd222 operational funds.

05Bonuses and Promotions

cd222 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and accumulator boosts. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming any offer.

• Bonuses are credited as bonus PKR balance. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, and expiry dates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, or IP address unless stated otherwise.
• cd222 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and met qualifying conditions, cd222 will honour the bonus to the extent reasonably possible.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting errors in bonus terms — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.
• Free bet tokens are non-withdrawable. Only profits from a winning free bet are credited as real withdrawable PKR.

06Betting Rules

cd222 offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting across cricket, PSL, football, esports, and other sports, as well as casino games including slots, live casino, and bingo. The following general rules apply across all sections:

• All bets are accepted at cd222's absolute discretion. cd222 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation.
• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a specific cash-out feature is active on that bet and within the permitted window.
• In the event of a technical error that results in obviously incorrect odds being offered, cd222 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Players will be notified if this occurs.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football). In case of any dispute about a result, cd222's decision is final.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed where relevant. cd222 may apply individual account limits at its discretion.
• Live betting markets are subject to brief suspension during key moments in a match. Bets submitted during a suspension may be void or settled at revised odds at cd222's discretion.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cd222. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on cd222.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to deposit or withdraw.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or market through collusion, match-fixing, or any other means.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes on the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using cd222 accounts to process funds of illegal origin.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cd222 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent any account restriction, limit, or self-exclusion that has been applied to your account.

08Account Suspension and Closure

cd222 may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious activity identified by cd222's fraud or risk management systems.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated in advance.

If your account is suspended, cd222 will notify you where possible and explain what steps, if any, are available to resolve the situation. If your account is permanently closed and no breach of terms is found, any remaining balance of real PKR funds (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to your registered payment method.

09Privacy and Data

• cd222 is not liable for any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or any bank.
• In any event where cd222 is found liable, the maximum liability is limited to the PKR balance held in your account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.
